It’s finally time to blog because I have something to blog about! My new early reader series was released on January 1, 2010: Furlock & Muttson Mysteries! Here’s a clip from the publisher’s description, as they know how to tell it right:
“Furlock and Muttson are on the case! The furry detectives provide early readers entertaining, easy-to-follow mysteries in the Short Tales Furlock & Muttson Mysteries. Large type, whimsical illustrations, and repeated phrases will make these Short Tales popular with your students. Short Tales is an imprint of Magic Wagon, a division of ABDO Group. Grades 2-6.”
There are six books in the series which I both wrote and illustrated (using Corel Painter on my awesome Mac). All are available at the usual places. If you order from Amazon, please go through http://www.underdown.org first, as sales help to support his amazing, helpful website. And hey, to those of you who are struggling to get your children’s book/s published, to note, this series was passed around for about five years. It can often take that long, or longer!
I can’t wait to see these! And your story is an inspiration to us all. Toot away.
Cool blog design. I used something someone else built @ WrenWrath.
